Before her current role, Patricia was Vice President of IT Strategy and Operations at ServiceNow, where she spent over five years refining IT processes and fostering operational excellence. Her career journey began with early roles at Sarcom and SunTrust Bank in the mid-1990s, before joining Oracle in 1997 as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist for PeopleSoft. Over the next eight years, she rose to Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office, where she reported directly to the CIO and played a pivotal role in the integration of PeopleSoft following Oracle's acquisition.
