Dawn Paquette is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the GE Aerospace companies Colibrium Additive, Dowty, and Unison Industries. GE Aerospace is a leader in developing and producing aerospace technologies, including aircraft engines, avionics, and related systems, with its roots tracing back to early 20th-century defense and aerospace innovations.

Paquette has built her career at the intersection of technology and transformative delivery solutions. Before becoming CIO at GE Aerospace in 2022, a role that expanded in 2023, she held key positions as a technology and operations executive at Anthem (now Elevance Health). In this capacity, Paquette oversaw the technology strategy, delivery framework, and execution for several divisions within Anthem, providing strategic thought leadership, managing people, driving technical and business change, and overseeing stakeholder engagement. Her experience also includes vendor and partner management, financial oversight, and navigating regulatory and compliance challenges.
