Formerly, Caitlin was a founding member of IBM's inaugural Global Chief Data Office. At IBM, she spearheaded the launch of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Accelerator practice, collaborating with diverse industry clients worldwide, accelerating their data and AI transformations, and expanding the portfolio to 25 AI products, generating $200M in revenue. She established a global consortium, uniting 1,300+ data and AI practitioners.

With a background in statistics and data science, Caitlin previously conducted primary research on emerging business and technology trends for innovative leaders. She's authored thought leadership pieces on topics like Re-framing the Sourcing Market, IT leaders in Africa, and Chief Data Officers. Her consultancy spanned continents, overseeing global IT and business teams in delivering transformative organizational changes, infrastructure systems, and enterprise-wide technology platforms.
