Before joining Vertiv, Sheryl served as the CIO and VP of Digital Office at Adient, a tier-one automotive supplier, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s digital strategy and capabilities. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including CIO for the Power Solutions division. In this position, she spearheaded critical initiatives such as SAP system implementations and commercial excellence programs, which enhanced business performance and streamlined operations.
