Rachana Kumar has been selected as their new Chief Technology Officer, effective from January 1, 2023. With over eight years of experience at Etsy in the role of Vice President of Engineering, she will be responsible for every area related to engineering: from developing product principles and driving mobile penetration growth to expanding their Mexico City office regionally.

With a wealth of experience spanning multiple countries and industries, from media and ecommerce in the US to socio-political space in India and international development in Cambodia, she has been able to guide engineering organizations through turbulent growth phases with all its change, challenge and opportunity. Her time spent working within startups as well as large corporations has given her an ability that is effective no matter which type of environment she finds herself placed into.
