Jennifer Hartsock is the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Cargill, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s global technology portfolio and driving the digital, technology, and data strategies that align with Cargill’s strategic growth priorities.
With over 20 years of technology leadership experience, she has a proven track record of leveraging her expertise to create business impact and deliver customer solutions. She is passionate about developing people and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Prior to joining Cargill, Jennifer served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Baker Hughes, where she played a pivotal role in successfully merging the technology systems and processes of Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, while also transforming the company’s shared services. She also held the role of CIO at Cameron International and spent 17 years at Caterpillar, where she served as Group CIO for Construction Industries, supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
