In 2019, Kathy Warden was appointed to the prestigious role of Chairman and CEO of Northrop Grumman Corporation. She additionally assumed her post as President on January 1st, 2019 after being elected to the company's board in the year before. Prior to earning the titles of CEO and President, Warden was President and Chief Operating Officer in charge of managing Northrop Grumman's four sectors along with its enterprise services. Additionally, she steered the company through its successful merger with Orbital ATK.
With an impressive educational background, Warden also holds a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University. She currently serves on several esteemed boards: Merck & Co., Inc., Catalyst, Aerospace Industries Association (as Chair), Greater Washington Partnership (Vice Chair) and James Madison University Board of Visitors. Additionally, she is part of The Business Roundtable.
