Before joining Silicon Labs, Radhika served as Vice President of IT at Western Digital, where she led engineering services. She also held the role of Head of IT for India at Micron, where she managed critical IT initiatives over three years. Earlier in her career, she took on various senior IT leadership roles at GE Appliances, showcasing her expertise in relationship management, technical solutions, and financial acumen to implement projects and run operations across diverse business functions.
