Before her appointment to CIO, she was the Chief Operating Officer for IBM Research and Vice President for Impact Science - roles where she highlighted impactful technical eminence while also improving operations efficiency. Throughout her tenure at IBM, Kathryn has held a plethora of leadership roles in research, development and business. She is devoted to leading teams that implement new technologies to address the ever-evolving demands of IT customers.
