Julie's mission focuses on utilizing advanced technology to improve healthcare outcomes globally. She has effectively led large, diverse teams, managing up to 5,000 engineers across various industries and regions including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

Previously, Julie held key roles as CTO of United HealthCare and CIO for several Optum business units. She played a crucial role in significant M&A transactions, including Equian's $3.2 billion integration, and pioneered UnitedHealth Group's first AI platform and transformation team.
