Isabel is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in managing transformation programs driven by technology. Holding a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Consulting, she began her career at Accenture in 1997.
In 2007, Isabel joined Air France – KLM, where she spearheaded the Crew Digitalization project, introducing agile solutions for pilots, stewards, and ground staff, with a strong emphasis on CRM and customer experience. In 2016, she took over the Operations Research departments of Air France and KLM, overseeing data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Her team developed innovative solutions, including predictive maintenance, marketing, and yield management, in collaboration with business stakeholders.
In 2019, Isabel joined L’Oréal as Global Head of Digital IT, where she played a crucial role in accelerating the deployment of connected beauty solutions, building the technological platform supporting digital services on mobile devices. Since September 2020, she has been serving as L’Oréal’s Group Chief Data & Analytics Officer, responsible for elevating the company’s data quality and accessibility and democratizing the use of data throughout the organization.
