As the Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Gail Evans is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology and digital strategy. This entails supervising system strategies across all of its global businesses.

Gail oversees a worldwide team of 3,000+ digital experts including data analysts, engineers, product developers and the like. She has held multiple positions at prominent companies such as Microsoft Business Groups, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America etc., prior to joining Disney in 2016. Her extraordinary achievements have been recognized with awards including being chosen as a finalist for the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award in 2019 and winning the Phenom Award from Digital Diversity Network in 2018.
