Most recently, she served as Global Chief Information Officer for the company’s business units, overseeing IT strategies for sales, marketing, customer experience, medical affairs, and operations across diabetes, oncology, biomedicine, and international markets.

Mamilli also made history as Eli Lilly’s first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where she led the cybersecurity strategy, securing products, devices, manufacturing systems, and data across the organization.
