Prior to Salesforce, she was CIO at BNSF Railway and held technology leadership positions at AT&T and GTE/Verizon. Jo-ann has received numerous industry recognitions for technology achievements and was recently listed as #10 in the 2021 TOP100 CIOs list by Technology Magazine.
