Sheila Jordan is Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Technology Officer, where she leads the company’s digital transformation efforts. In her role, she is responsible for the construction and adoption of transformation platforms and driving value through Enterprise Data activities. Sheila has broad oversight of IT infrastructure, end-user support, and more than 100 services delivered through applications. She also plays a crucial role in expanding software development to support Honeywell’s digital initiatives and market offerings.

Before joining Honeywell, Sheila served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Symantec, where she led the company’s IT strategy and operations. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Communication & Collaboration IT at Cisco Systems, where she was instrumental in managing the company’s technology-driven collaboration efforts. Sheila’s career also includes a key role at Walt Disney World, where she served as Senior Vice President of Destination Disney, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
