Rana is a bestselling author of Girl Decoded, where she shares her personal journey of becoming an entrepreneur. She was included in the list of America's Top 50 Women in Tech by Forbes in 2018. She is also an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where she co-teaches topics related to AI.

Rana is a member of the Boston Steering Committee for All Raise and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
