Jennika Gold Thomas

Jennika Gold Thomas is a Global Head of Data at Morningstar, where she is responsible for developing Morningstar’s investment databases and leading our global data teams.
Before joining Morningstar, Jennika served as Director of Strategy, Fixed Income Analytics at FactSet, where she was responsible for the development and execution of the business plan for fixed income analytics software and solutions. She is also a founding member of the Grand Commons Homeowners Association.
Additionally, Jennika serves as treasurer of Buffalo Star People, a non-profit organization aimed at serving indigenous communities in South Dakota. Jennika holds an MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon and a BS in Mathematics from Spelman College. Jennika is a CFA charterholder and holds the FRM designation.
