Fiona Tan serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Wayfair, where she leads a global innovation team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge e-commerce experiences through the company’s world-class platform. Before joining Wayfair, Fiona held senior leadership positions at Walmart, including Senior Vice President of U.S. Technology. In this role, she drove innovation and engineering execution for Walmart’s digital and in-store technologies, encompassing its website, mobile app, and internal tools for associates and merchants. Her contributions at Walmart also included overseeing customer technology and engineering as Senior Vice President of Customer Technology.

Prior to her tenure at Walmart, Fiona held pivotal roles at Ariba, where she guided a global engineering team in developing the Ariba Commerce Network. She also contributed to TIBCO Software, further honing her expertise in technology and engineering leadership.
