Susan Doniz is the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) at The Walt Disney Company, where she leads the company’s global information technology and digital strategy. With a career spanning over two decades, Susan has extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and data analytics across diverse industries.
Before joining Disney, Susan served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Data Analytics at The Boeing Company, where she spearheaded IT and analytics strategies during a pivotal time for the aerospace giant. Prior to Boeing, she was the Group CIO at Qantas Airways, driving digital transformation initiatives, and held key IT leadership roles at SAP and Aimia. Susan also spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble, leading innovative IT and analytics programs across sales, R&D, and supply chain functions.
Susan is an advisor to the Center for Digital Transformation at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business and has served as Vice Chair of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council for the International Air Transport Association. Recognized as one of the Most Powerful Latinas by the Association of Latino Professionals For America in 2022, Susan holds an honors degree in applied science and engineering from the University of Toronto and pursued postgraduate studies in industrial engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology.
