Prior to acting as a CPO at the BBC, Storm helped drive success in high-growth companies like Just Eat. Joining the company in 2015, Storm built the Product Design organization from the ground up, growing it into a 125-person team that is now responsible for designing products across multiple territories.

Through her career, Storm has developed a repeatable framework for innovation - a growth-focused toolkit that turns product teams into an innovation machine. Her focus on data and customer needs has been critical in creating scalable platforms for the three-sided marketplace.
