Joanne Hannaford serves as the CIO of Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank, where she leads the technology strategy and delivery for the global corporate banking business. With a strong focus on innovation, Joanne leverages technology to address complex challenges and advance the digital agenda in the highly regulated and competitive financial sector.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Joanne was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer and Executive Board member at Credit Suisse. In this role, she drove technology and operations excellence across the organization, achieving notable cost savings, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Following Credit Suisse’s acquisition, she was invited by UBS to concentrate on technology strategies for Americas Wealth Management.
