Chetna serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Amplitude. Prior to this, she played a critical role in scaling ZoomInfo's business, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
As Vice President of Business Systems and Data Analytics at Conga, Chetna supported the company's readiness for IPO and expansion. She managed a broad portfolio of business systems, made significant contributions to security and compliance, and played a key role in the creation of a Data Governance Council (DGC). She also developed a “Customer One” program that strengthened the company’s customer-focused strategy.
Earlier in her career, Chetna led global initiatives at Symantec, including the adoption of AI/ML-enabled Robotic Process Automation (RPA), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cloud migration projects. Her leadership at Delta Dental enabled the growth of its B2C business, and at the Colorado Governor’s Office of IT, she led large-scale operations transformation, including the implementation of Agile practices and security improvements.
At Boeing, Chetna guided digital transformation efforts across various organizational functions, enhancing the company’s ability to innovate and streamline operations.
